Matthew is a beautiful 9 month old baby boy who is dying.  He has end stage liver failure and the doctors have given him 2-3 months to live.  His orphanage has asked for help.  The orphanage has said that if a family could be found for him, they would consider preparing his paperwork for adoption.  Matthew deserves a chance.  He deserves hope.  We are choosing hope for him.

Matthew will enter our palliative care program where he will not be alone in his suffering.  He will be able to be in a foster home with parents who will love him and are willing to access frequent medical monitoring.  We will provide the family with additional medications, nutritional supplies, and equipment to help him remain as comfortable as possible.

We cannot do this alone.  We need your help to partner with us to help Matthew.  Would you please consider donating towards his monthly care?  We anticipate the cost to be $50.00/month for his increased level of care.  Thank you in advance for making a difference in Matthew’s life!

Knowing Hope, one life at a time.

  1. We are not home study ready at all; our life-limited little guy just outlived his prognosis by 8 years to be 8 and 2 days when he died 2 months ago today. I would snatch this little one up in a blink if we had paper ready status I can certainly donate to the family I hope can bring him home !

    1. Thank you for sharing your story about your little guy! Matthew’s orphanage is preparing his file, and we are hopeful that it will be ready late summer/early fall.
